Q: How long to get a sample? And for mass production order?

A: As normal, 5-7days will be workable for our item, and 10days or so for custom sample; Lead time for production order will be around 35days after deposit.

Q: How long can you ship the goods? Do you have stock for this item?

A: For products that are in stock, we can deliver to you in 5-10 days. Regular lead time for mass production is 25-45 days  depending on order quantity. We keep some stock for standard item but the stock qty is always floating. Please feel free to contact us to get more update info.

Q: How long is your sample time and production lead time?

A: Samples might take 2-7 days. Production depends on product and order QTY. Normally, it takes us 35 days for an order with MOQ QTY. Normal and stocked goods only need a week.
