Outdoor Team Building, Farmhouse Cauldron Stove

2022 is coming to the end of September, and the third quarter is coming to an end. The company organized everyone to go outdoors for the third quarter team building. The destination is Honghai Farm, which is about 20 kilometers away from the company.

Everyone gathered in the lobby downstairs of the company at 9:00 in the morning and took a taxi in groups. This time, I brought 3 large bottles of drinks and a camera stand to facilitate taking pictures. The colleague in charge of this event packed these things into the foldable plastic storage box in advance for easy transportation.

The main content of this team building is cooking on a large stove. Everyone washes and cuts vegetables in groups. Two colleagues are the chefs, and everyone cooks together. After this activity, everyone's hands-on ability, team cooperation ability, and cooking skills were exercised.

Finally, when the event was over, everyone packed up the flags, racks and other sundries, put them in the camping storage box brought over, and took a taxi back to the company together.
