It's not very difficult,
You need the correct equipment and you need to know how to use it. In addition to the portable hammock itself, a mosquito net needs to be hung outside the hammock, and the hammock needs to be hung inside, with bedding or sleeping bags inside to maintain a comfortable temperature.
Then there is a waterproof cloth. You will want the edges to be closer to the ground than usual to block the wind. Other items you need to keep warm (suitable pajamas, etc.).
